the attached patch INCOMPLETELY adds some documentation.

The attached patch adds some documentation on the CCACHE_* variables from Mk/bsd.ccache.mk I found I needed.

IMPORTANT: it contains an XXX FIXME tag in two places where more documentation is needed that I cannot add for lack of understanding of the file.

    Mk/bsd.ccache.mk: Rename CCACHE_PREFIX -> CCACHE_PKG_PREFIX

    CCACHE_PREFIX already means something special to ccache.
