update aqbanking to 5.8.2

With the old version 5.7.8 no FinTS / HBCI bank transfer is possible (at least here in Germany) because of changes on the banking side.
The error message is:
HBCI: 9050 - Die Nachricht enthält Fehler. (M)
HBCI: 9800 - Dialog abgebrochen (M)
HBCI: 3079 - Bitte wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller des Banking-Programms. (S)
HBCI: 9078 - Dialog abgebrochen - Banking-Programm ist nicht registriert. (S)
HBCI: 9010 - Der Auftrag wurde nicht ausgeführt. (S)
Dialog-Abbruch durch den Server.
Verbindung zur Bank wird beendet...

The attached patch updates the port to 5.8.2 which works for me.
