This is due to incompatibilities with new DTB from Raspberry Pi developers and FreeBSD kernel.

I had installed FreeBSD to SD card using "well-known" procedure, built u-boot and rpi-firmware from ports and just have updated contents of MS DOS boot partition of my SD card.

All boot loader stages work well, but kernel stucks on

intc0: Stray irq 17 disabled

Rolling back DTB to that one which can be found on installation media resolves kernel boot stuck issue.
