svn diff for biology/mrbayes to 3.2.7a
Update biology/mrbayes to 3.2.7a
please note that the MAINTAINER mail address is modified.
The port passed poudriere testport in my environment (11.3 amd64/i386).

It looks like there is a newer release, confusingly labelled 3.2.7. Does this look good to you? It conforms to the Porter's Handbook and fixes warnings reported by portfmt/portclippy/portlint. I tested in poudriere 11/12 i386/amd64 with the default options and am build testing other option combinations now.

biology/mrbayes: Update to version 3.2.7
Submitted by: email@example.com (maintainer, with modifications)
I tested a bunch of different option combinations. I think everything looks good for the build.
I did some basic run-time tests and it looks good, however when it is run on an older CPU after being built on our package builder, it will core dump immediately. When building directly on the older system, it runs fine. Upstream documents this, so I added a pkg-message to warn users.
Thanks for submitting and if there are any problems, please just comment here and we can make changes.
