install headers

Adopt some tweaks from stable tcl86 port and install 'generic' and 'unix' tcl framework headers
Comment 1 Pietro Cerutti freebsd_committer 2020-02-04 12:01:55 UTC
Hi, why do you need them? With the 8.7 series I'm trying to keep as consistent as possible with upstream.

(In reply to Pietro Cerutti from comment #1)
Ah, I understand this statement.
For legacy tcl/tk software better will be stay with 8.6 than. Will inform our programmers :)

Okay, this RP can be closed

For my tk87 PR extra headers install also can be skipped to, only update to 8.7a3
Comment 3 Pietro Cerutti freebsd_committer 2020-02-07 12:27:43 UTC
Let me know if there are legitimate use cases (such as extensions) that need those private headers to be installed. I'm not saying I won't do it if necessary :) Thanks!
