Add sysutils/zeitgeist1

- Update sysutils/zeitgeist to 1.0.2 (rename to zeitgeist1) to avoid conflicts with sysutils/zeitgeist 0.9.16 (API is similar)
- Re-assign to the desktop@ team
- Remove python bindings (replaced by GObject Introspection, GIR)

Note: GCC is required because Full Text Search (FTS) support fails with Clang (currently off by default, but in future ON, used by Catfish)

I'm working to add support of this new API in Catfish. I already use this port with new ports (not yet submitted).

Add the desktop@ team for review, and Guido because this new port will be impacted sysutils/catfish in future.

Moin moin

This seems to have never been assigned to anyone.

Over to desktop@.
