update x11/linux-nvidia-libs to 440.59

nvidia-driver has been updated to 440.59, and the Linux-GL ports no longer work, see PR #242177 for details.

The attached patch updates the port to 440.59, fixing the issue.
Comment 1 Mathieu Arnold freebsd_committer 2020-02-22 17:55:40 UTC
remove portmgr from the CC, nothing to see here.
Comment 2 Matthias Andree freebsd_committer 2020-02-22 18:10:58 UTC
resubscribing portmgr. This is important and urgent, linux-nvidia-libs causes regressions in usability, see PR 242177 for a trivial use case that reflects on "all Linux graphics stuff involving nvidia libs"
Comment 3 Alexey Dokuchaev freebsd_committer 2020-02-23 15:07:23 UTC
NVidia Linux libraries ports had been updated to their most recent versions in ports r526918.
