svn diff for databases/pgworksheet

databases/pgworksheet was unfairly targeted for EOL
because it uses python27. Granted, python2 is slated
for removal for good reason. But it's not slated for
EOL on 2020-03-01. So I'm removing the EOL on
databases/pgworksheet, and taking measures to permit
the build on python3.

The svn(1) diff(1) attached removes DEPRECIATED
&& EXPIRATION_DATE

CHANGES
Makefile

That's it!

Thanks!

Hmm, Python 2 will be removed before 2021. @antoine, what do you think, should we bump the date to, say, August?

Thank you very much for addressing this pr(1).
FWIW I will have no difficulty making this port
py3.x complaint within a week. But it seemed odd
to me that my (py2.x) ports were slated for removal
on 2020-03-01, when py2.x isn't slated for removal
until somewhere in 20201.

Thank you again for all your time,
and consideration.

Ahem... that's 2021 *not* 20201. Sorry!

All python 2.x ports will be removed in 2020.

svn diff for databases/pgworksheet V.2

FINE
I'm not going to have time to finish this by the end
of today. So back to the pool, for whatever is decided.
