	We have edited the /usr/src/lib/yp/yplib.c file to increase the timeout
	from 10 to 30 seconds.  It would be nice if we could do it at run time
	with either a config file change or a sysctl call.

It was increased from 10 to 20 at line 106.
My point of view is not have more sysctl.
