As a result, they can't be run by some frameworks/apps, for example websocketd (www/websocketd).

Also, the 'login' CGI script fails:

Also it would be better if LocalSite.cfg from https://twiki.org/p/pub/Support/ApachePasswordsUnix2/LocalSite.cfg would be installed into /usr/local/share/twiki/core/lib/LocalSite.cfg.sample as @sample.
