update to 2.3.0
- Update to 2.3.0
- Switch depends on django22
- Switch to python3
Since its django22 variant (devel/py-dj22-django-rq) already exists, I prefer replacing django-rq with py-dj22-django-rq to keep the history (if we're going to remove all py-dj22- ports).
And there are 3 dependent ports:
- devel/py-django-rq-dashboard: swills@
- www/py-django-annotations: swills@
- net-mgmt/netbox: kai@
That means there are some other ports needed to be upgraded to django22 altogether.
OTOH, I think the djXX- prefix is not bad before something similar to USES=django or USE_PYTHON=django:foo lands.

The 2 dependent ports of py-django-rq are marked DEPRECATED and expired today (bug #245851, r 534886 and r534887).
After that, I'll update this port to 2.3.2 (latest version) and mark py-dj22-django-rq DEPRECATED.
