Enable samba=4.11 in DEFAULT_VERSIONS

I tested samba 4.11 on my AD-DC, my file server and several clients and everything seems to work well. Shouldn't it be available in DEFAULT_VERSIONS? The attached patch would enable that.

Ok sorry, didn't find that :o But my patch also updates the comment documenting which versions are allowed in bsd.default-versions.mk ;)

That's the message I was waiting for :) I need at least some positive statistics to add new version of the port to the defaults. At least, that's my view on the subject.
