After installing the system, to use pkg, the Handbook provides the following instruction: To bootstrap the system, run: # /usr/sbin/pkg Following the Handbook's instruction results in an error message, complaining about missing arguments. The bootstrapping process does work, but the error message could very well be disconcerting to an inexperienced FreeBSD user, perhaps even leading such a user to believe that the bootstrapping process had failed.
Created attachment 214216 [details] Small change to the Handbook to fix this problem
No longer needed (per pkg(7), pkg <command> does that automagically) so remove that paragraph instead. While there, change "versions of FreeBSD starting with 10.X" to "all supported versions of FreeBSD".
Fixed in the current version of the chapter.
