Description Ulas SAYGIN 2020-07-26 16:59:20 UTC
This port seems old, can someone update the latest release https://pqxx.org/development/libpqxx/

may i ask another thing, for this kind of ports, can we have make config option to get latest snapshoot from github.com repo? instead of waiting update or to test latest fix and things, can be good.

Thank you.

Having a latest snapshot release does not play well with the ports tree unless it is somehow updated regularly, since sources and built packages have checksums. How much of a moving target is this library really?

The port is upgraded to 7.1.0.

Having a snapshot port is a separate question, and I don't see that as something that is easily fixed. If you have an idea on how to make it happen, please do suggest something.
