Description tech-lists 2020-10-01 23:58:29 UTC
Hi,

I'm having to remove misc/mc-nox11 port from my ports tree manually every time it refreshes and poudriere does a bulk run because of duplicate origin with misc/mc in the ports tree.

Here's the error:

00:02:37] Warning: (misc/mc-nox11): Error: Duplicated origin for mc-nox11-4.8.24: misc/mc-nox11 AND misc/mc. Rerun with -v to see which ports are depending on these.
[00:03:43] Error: Fatal errors encountered gathering initial ports metadata

Sorry, due to a lack of time I have reset the maintainer of this port back to ports@FreeBSD.org. Hopefully someone else is able to step in to help.
Resetting the assignee of this bug accordingly.

is this really a port issue or a ports infrastructure one?
