Update to 20201006 master-branch commit 278c9d6, which includes bug fix of update-file-autoloads function that causes build error of japanese/lookup.

Assuming this has been tested in poudriere for 11/12 i386/amd64 for both flavors, please proceed.  If you would prefer we test and commit, please just let us know.

I'm testing the editors/emacs-devel build with the submitted patch, and will get back to you.

AFAICS, submitter does not have commit access, so we'll have to commit it.

`poudriere testport` looks good for 11.4/12.1 i386/amd64 and basic runtime-test looks good.  Thanks again for submitting.
