quassel-core allows a reload of its TLS certificate with SIGHUP, and with let's encrypt being so common, it would be great to be able to do a `service quasselcore reload` to get it to reload the certificate.

Sorry, due to a lack of time I have reset the maintainer of this port back to ports@FreeBSD.org. Hopefully someone else is able to step in to help.
