Patch to the ports tree
The current WWW points to a developer page with a huge list of classes. While this is good for people who want to develop arcanist itself, I think it is better if we point to the actual user's manual.
Thanks for providing a patch.
I think it would make more sense to create a pkg-descr in devel/arcanist (which is the command line version) containing the WWW link to the user manual and keep the library manual for arcanist-lib like it is.
If you agree, I'll change it like that.

Cool. I'm planning to update the arcanist(-lib)/phabricator ports over the holidays and will use that opportunity to incorporate your change.

Give devel/arcanist its own pkg-descr.
So it won't reuse the one from devel/arcanist-lib, which links
