The very weird shortcut; FeatherPad in FreeBSD-based helloSystem 0.3.0 (0C155)

https://github.com/tsujan/FeatherPad/issues/423 was rejected upstream.

Please, can the port to FreeBSD use a sane shortcut by default?

Thanks

Hi

Would it be sufficent for your system to ship a custom fp.conf?
Add :
[shortcuts]
actionClose=Ctrl+W
actionWrap=(Something else)

in ~/.config/featherpad/fp.conf

It does not have a global config...

Apologies for the slow response.

helloSystem?

Certainly I can make the suggestion, but I wondered whether the port (here) would benefit from the change. For all users of the port to have a standard, more predictable shortcut.

If it's out of scope – if you'd prefer to remain true to upstream – that's fine, you can close this bug.
