Patch for usr.sbin/etcupdate/etcupdate.8

In print, the capital letter M is wider than either of the capital letters A, C, D, and U in the table for possible actions. Attached is a patch for usr.sbin/etcupdate/etcupdate.8.

Also, in the section "Resolve Mode", in print, "(mf) mine-full" is wider than "(tf) theirs-full".

Patch for usr.sbin/etcupdate/etcupdate.8

Corrects the width of the first columns of both tables in etcupdate.8

I think this PR clearly shows the limitations of the mandoc system when one output format uses fixed-width characters and other output formats uses variable-width characters. Maybe the next best thing is to select column widths that are output format agnostic, i.e. my first patch correcting only the action table, and leave the rest to be tweaked manually as needed.

There's no need to let this PR linger.
