PAM authentication module for unprivileged users

It's ported from NetBSD pkgsrc. It's similar to the pam_unix.so on Linux.
For example, With this module a normal user can use his own password to unlock screen.

Unfortunately this problem report did not attract attention from developers. 

Please, feel free to reopen should you think this port should be in our ports tree.
