Recover version of sysutils/docker-freebsd

The sysutils/docker-freebsd is already expired and deleted.
This PR recover last SVN version of sysutils/docker-freebsd.

How to recover by hand: https://scrapbox.io/BSD/Docker_on_FreeBSD_with_1.7.0-dev

Of course I know that some people update new version of sysutils/docker-freebsd.
For example:
- Update sysutils/docker-freebsd to somewhere circa v17.05.0 https://reviews.freebsd.org/D12270
- Update sysutils/docker-freebsd to new version https://reviews.freebsd.org/D21570

How about updating sysutils/docker-freebsd to something like this?
1. [This patch] Recover old sysutils/docker-freebsd.
2. [D12270] Update to v17.05.0.
3. [D21570] Update to mobi version.

^Triage: to submitter: are you willing to become maintainer of this port?

It does not seem right to me to revive a deleted port and then assign it to
the previous maintainer.
