Current japanese/p5-2chproxy fails to download "BBSMENU", because it tries
to fetch from an obsolete URL.  /var/log/2chproxy.log says:

| [5] HTTP:  500 read timeout | GET http://menu.2ch.net/bbsmenu.html

The latest release has fixed the problem:

| [1|1072] HTTP: HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified | GET http://menu.5ch.net/bbsmenu.html


 * Makefile, distinfo

   Update and add new RUN_DEPENDS.

 * files/patch-2chproxy.pl

   Remove some parts that has been committed to upstream.

This is a proxy for retrieving bulletin board posts, but it is no longer necessary as the bulletin board specifications were changed in July 2023.
There's no point in updating it at this point.
However, the specifications of this bulletin board are fluid, so we cannot predict what the future holds.
