Patch against documentation git repo

https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=249024 added USES=cmake:testing, but not the documentation for it.

(While here, cut down line length and massage some of the other text)

Can you put back the sentences as they were, without wrapping them?

From what I could gather, the idea is to have one sentence per line, it helps a lot with translation.

Backed out line-wrapping at 80, and went for one sentence per line, as requested by mat@
