Enable build all engines

Enable build of Stark and Grim Engine (in theory unstable, but actually pretty stable) and the only way ATM to play "The longest Journey" (ScummVM integration not done yet).

Deleted patch-file and added --disable-alsa to Configure-Arg's

Probably better update to 0.4 (last working version before project went into archive-mode), lots of Grim and Stark engine fixes:
