Patch for netdata

Backport commit f4dc20e1c190d94ae64b2b94dac2f9b39827e7c9 from upstream
Fix memory allocation bug in FreeBSD plugin
Thanks to mikael@ for troubleshooting and providing a fix

Run-time tested on 13.0-STABLE #0 stable/13-n245283-70a2e9a3d44 (arm64) and FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE-p6 (amd64)
