/usr/local/sbin/portmaster: 200: Syntax error: ";;" unexpected (expecting "fi")

and line 200 is:
                        PAGER=cat ;;

Deleting those ;; at line 200 looks like the solution - at least that's what works for me.

Thank you for reporting this issue! 

I had changed a "case" to an "if" after testing, and forgot to remove the ";;" that was require for the case command and a syntax error without ...

Sorry for mis-attributing the report to bsd@dino.sk only - I had not opened the PR but only seen the mail for comment #2 when I committed the fix.
