With a 1,600 x 900 display secondary (to the right of) a 1,920 x 1,080 display, the initial window is: 

* far wider than the primary display
* too tall for the secondary display.

Looks like this bug is specific to multi-display configurations, as I never observed it myself and I always use only one display.  This bug should probably be reported upstream either at https://github.com/ugetdm/uget/issues or via https://ugetdm.com/qa/ rather than against the FreeBSD port as we package it almost verbatim.
