'make -C sysutils/rubygem-vagrant_cloud stage stage-qa' gives the following error:

Error: RubyGem dependency rexml ~> 3.2.5 is not satisfied.

That needs a PORTREVISION bump since it changes the package (run depends are listed in the pkg)

Reopening.  I think this should have a PORTREVISION bump so that package gets rebuilt to create a package that records the right run-time dependencies.

This should have had PORTREVISION bumped to capture the updated dependency list, but most of if not all the package repositories have since rebuilt this package for various other ostensible reasons.  So just close this rather then bump PORTREVISION at this point.  Sort of an 'overcome by events' closure of the reopening.
