    sysutils/stress: Fix MASTER_SITE

    Update MASTER_SITE so the tarball is fetchable
    Remove WWW from pkg-descr as the site is no longer online

For orientation (considering newcomers to the port, and so on): better than nothing, maybe refer to a Wayback Machine capture of the site.
