Created attachment 227536 [details] terminal output Sorry, I stumbled across what _might_ be another minor issue. After using gdisk options x, z to destroy GPT data structures and blank out the MBR, the recently fixed version of lsblk showed: da0 0:196 466G freebsd-swap - SWAP After switching off, then on, the multi-purpose dock in which the hard disk drive is seated, output was correct (the same disk, at da4): da4 2:119 466G - - -
Can you repeat that please like that? # sh -x ./lsblk da0 Thanks.
Is that still relevant or should we close that?
(In reply to Slawomir Wojciech Wojtczak from comment #2) This dropped off my radar. Apologies. I'll try to find head space at the weekend for follow up. Thank you
Created attachment 231442 [details] Output from Konsole. At the time of writing, I can not reproduce this bug. Unrelated to lsblk ================== I did, coincidentally, encounter a warning with gdisk 1.0.8_1 shortly after I began testing a different drive (Verbatim STORE N GO) in the powered dock: > Warning! Read error 6; strange behavior now likely! – and as warned,† behaviour _was_ strange. Strangeness until I powered the dock off, then on. Subsequent behaviours were problem-free, as far as I could tell. I'll close this bug as not reproducible. ---- † Google finds the warning in only three places, none of which offer a clue to the transient nature of the warning in today's test case. <https://forum.macbidouille.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=374978&view=findpost&p=3802498> <https://forums.macg.co/threads/disque-reconnu-mais-capacite-totale-0-octet.1257222/#post-12813107> <https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-hardware-18/how-is-microsd-error-123-felt-like-4175676326/#post6129898>
