– and <https://www.freebsd.org/releases/12.2R/announce/> 12.2-RELEASE was around eleven months ago, but the lists are empty.

The announcement pages do not get updated after the announcement.  The security advisories and errata notices listed in said pages reflect what had been addressed since the previous point release.

The recent security updates and errata notices for 13.0, for example, are listed on the errata page.
