IMHO it's normal because if you install linux-c7-xorg-libs the man page (and other files) conflicts with file(s) of (FreeBSD's) xorg-libs.

The port does install the manual pages, also as of the latest 4.24_4 version commit 667277248f7eeb1d5a6c2514b1db3d107d13cb16 Author: Tijl Coosemans <tijl@FreeBSD.org> Date: Mon Mar 25 12:08:58 2024 +0100 */*: Various Linux CentOS 7 updates You need to extend your MANPATH environment variable so that man can find the manual pages under /compat/linux/. As Zsolt pointed out, they're not going into FreeBSD's default paths. This PR needs to be closed because that's not a port bug.
