Description Graham Perrin freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2021-10-09 16:14:54 UTC
% pkg info --list linux-c7-strace | grep strace.
linux-c7-strace-4.24_3:
        /compat/linux/usr/bin/strace-log-merge
        /compat/linux/usr/share/man/man1/strace-log-merge.1.gz
        /compat/linux/usr/share/man/man1/strace.1.gz
% man 1 strace
No manual entry for strace
%

Also, <https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=strace&sektion=1&manpath=Ports> finds nothing.

Maintainer reset.
Comment 2 Zsolt Udvari freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2024-09-27 18:39:24 UTC
IMHO it's normal because if you install linux-c7-xorg-libs the man page (and other files) conflicts with file(s) of (FreeBSD's) xorg-libs.

Have you tried using man from the linuxolator?
