I don't know why there are quotes around archived or what it's doing here. (Aren't all lists mentioned in this page archived by definition?)
It needs a period at the end.

If someone tells me whether/where that text lives in the doc repo and what should be done with "archived", I can provide a patch.

This text lives in the clusteradm repo.  I've made the changes you suggested and clarified the "archived" as "obsolete".  This refers to lists that no longer exist but for which the archives will be kept in perpetuity.

I'll email you a copy of the file so you can send additional patches.
