emulators/qemu-guest-agent: update to fix zombie processes

This applies the following upstream commit to fix an issue with zombie processes:

I've bumped PORTREVISION to trigger an update for existing users.

The port has been removed.  I apologise for the inconvenience and slow processing.  If this issue is still current, you can resubmit it against emulators/qemu, into which the port has been merged.
