If you mean over on Github, better to link to it here if and when you do. IIRC, that's standard practice for review requests on Phabricator, and it would make sense to do that for Github as well.

Maybe a long-term plan, although priorities have changed over the past year. 

A patch, pull request or something in Phabricator from anyone will be welcome …
