The additional patch to support "-t" doesn't appear to be functional against a USB 2 CD/DVD device:


 % eject -tv cd0
eject: trying device /dev/cd0c
eject: trying device /dev/cd0
eject: track close on /dev/cd0
eject: Invalid argument
