Update patch

This patch updates news/nzbhydra2 to 4.2.0 and removes the local template for the wrapper script (files/nzbhydra2wrapperPy3.py.in). The developer upstream updated the script to specify that python3 should be used (and uses /usr/bin/env to find it), which works for me on FreeBSD 13.0.

This change will ensure the script is kept up to date as well as prevent the application from incorrectly warning about an outdated wrapper script, which it checks for via checksum.

Does this also work for FreeBSD 11 and 12?

I verified it myself and update the version.
