On my PR #213140, namely one from 2016 to update net/tcpkali to 1.0, has gotten spam messages since late 2020. I no longer maintain net/tcpkali.

These messages are advertising shady sites, or pirated Android APK downloads.

Could PR #213140 get locked and the spam messages get removed (Comment #2 and below except for my comment #8.

To add, the PR is for Ports.

I didn't say this earlier since I assumed we would have one universal PR# but we have one per category it seems.

My old PR #221216 from 2017 is also getting a lot of spam messages.
