freebsd-update(8) and boot environments

Creation of boot environments is a significant enhancement, I reckon that release notes should mention this. Under <https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-doc/blob/main/website/content/en/releases/13.1R/relnotes.adoc#userland>, maybe?

This undocumented change caused all of my FreeBSD servers which run tight on disk space (on purpose) to run out of space a few hours after a freebsd-update/reboot routine.  It took me a bit to track down this change and determine the cause since I do not use snapshots or BEs routinely.
