(Is this even a bug? Can we reasonably ignore outdated information in _archived_ content such as README.TXT files?)

<http://ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-Archive/old-releases/README.TXT> is OK with regard to http instead of ftp, but the URL for mirrors is outdated.

Can you move this to Services->FTP/WWW Sites & Mirrors ?
