changes to RC script

Hello.

I have problems with this service uptime, so I updated RC script a little:
 * format tabs;
 * document mtterbridge_args;
 * add matterbridge_autorestart: specifies number in seconds to autorestart by daemon(8).

Hope that would help anyone.

update your patch to add yourself as maintainer in the Makefile.

Make sure the email address there is the same as here on bugzilla, so you'll be notified when people open bugs for it.
