13 to 17 months (depending on the repo) after the switch to git, it's increasingly likely that any change needing MFC'ing will be originally a git commit, not a svn commit. (Or keep both set of examples, if svn-to-git is still useful eg for ooops-forgot-to-MFC cases.)
