Steps: 

1. triple-click to select a line
2. observe the selection, one line
3. new inline comment

Expected: 

4. a comment relating to one line

Actual result: 

4. a comment relating to two lines.

Also seen in the screen recording: whilst pointing at the comment dialogue, there's misrepresentation of the originally selected line.
