Description Boris Tassou 2022-07-02 21:53:15 UTC
Hi,

After the downgrade 2.0.6-27 -> 1.2.16, the lib could be built but the lib still tagged as broken in fresh port :
Broken BROKEN: can't create dynamic relocation R_X86_64_32 against local symbol in readonly segment, see https://github.com/arvidn/libtorrent/issues/6890
Ignore IGNORE: is marked as broken: can't create dynamic relocation R_X86_64_32 against local symbol in readonly segment, see https://github.com/arvidn/libtorrent/issues/6890

And with poudriere the build failed :
[00:01:46] [01] [00:00:00] Building net-p2p/py-libtorrent-rasterbar@py39 | py39-libtorrent-rasterbar-1.2.16,2
[00:01:47] [01] [00:00:01] Finished net-p2p/py-libtorrent-rasterbar@py39 | py39-libtorrent-rasterbar-1.2.16,2: Ignored: is marked as broken: can't create dynamic relocation R_X86_64_32 against local symbol in readonly segment, see https://github.com/arvidn/libtorrent/issues/6890

But the version is correct.

The lib is still broken in 1.2.16 ?

Thanks
