# uname -a
FreeBSD vhost01.hamilton.harte-lyne.ca 12.3-RELEASE-p5 FreeBSD 12.3-RELEASE-p5 GENERIC  amd64

Creating a Rocky Linux (RL) 8 BHyve VM from a local iso completes successfully but the system will only boot into the installer from the iso thereafter.  Changing the boot device to only specify the hard disk and ignore the CD-ROM does not alter this behaviour.

Expected behaviour:
Post install reboot should boot from HDD and not from CD-ROM

Observed behaviour:
VM always boots from install media.
