I just updated my software and after that krita 5.0.8 does not open and run.
My OS is FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE amd64.
I appreciate if you check the problem.

5.10 does work on FreeBSD 14.0-CURRENT however <https://www.freshports.org/graphics/krita/#packages> it's not yet packaged in quarterly for any ABI. 

Since FreeBSD 13.0 is very recently end of life, would you like to try with 13.1-RELEASE-p2?

Update the OS, then upgrade packages.

krita is 5.1.1 now and please update to 13.1-RELEASE for using a supported version.  Please reopen if the issue still exits.
