News comes from 'template/en/custom/news.html.tmpl' [1], which while it can be updated manually on the Bugzilla server, means it diverges from upstream and causes 'issues and confusion' later. Local untracked changes to deployed files is not a great workflow. The target state is: - We can easily and frequently update bugzilla code and news - Update news template on GitHub - Deploy updates to server (automatically, see bug 225060) [1] https://github.com/freebsd/bugzilla/blob/freebsd-local/template/en/custom/news.html.tmpl
