pkg mhwaveedit on FreeBSD 13.1 won't play entire large (40+ MB) WAV file. It can play short files, but chokes on larger files. Audacious plays those files in the same machine/FreeBSD installation.

1. Is there any indication the problem is specific to FreeBSD? Have you filled upstream bug report?
2. Where can I get the file to reproduce the problem?

I've been using it on Linux for about 7 years without any problem.
