Error when deploying FreeBSD to Azure

FreeBSD 13-1 not available for Azure CSP Customers in the Azure Marketplace (West Europe)

Older builds work fine.

This usually means the offer hasn't been enabled for commercial customers in Azure.

Only older images with BYOL license is available for deployment.
